I specialise in mindful yoga, relaxation classes and retreats in Nottingham. I'm passionate about creating sessions that are accessible for every - body and encouraging women to take  time for themselves to reset & relax. Classes are designed to energise, nourish & replenish.

 

I'm also a pre & post natal yoga teacher and offer private 1:1 classes across all of my areas of expertise.

Hi...I'm Nicci

I'm a Nottingham based yoga teacher and mummy to 2 energic kids!!! I specialise in working with women, creating space for them to carve out much deserved time for themselves. Whether that's a weekly yoga class, relaxation class or retreat...we all live such busy often overwhelming lives, it's so important to balance the rush with some time out to nourish our mind, body & soul. 

 

Yoga & mindfulness is something I've practiced for over 20 years. These therapeutic tools support me everyday in the ups & downs of motherhood and life!

Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?

No! Yoga helps improve flexibility over time, but you don’t need to be flexible to start. The key is to listen to your body and practice at your own pace.

What should I wear to a yoga class?

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for movement. Breathable materials like cotton or moisture-wicking fabrics are ideal. Avoid anything too loose that might get in the way during poses.

How often should I practice yoga?

Even practicing yoga once or twice a week can be beneficial. For greater flexibility and stress relief, aim for 3-5 sessions per week. Daily practice, even for just 10–15 minutes, can be transformative.
